Following on from the previous image the path veers sharply left at the sign & heads downhill.
The vegetation to the left of the image is remnants of the old orchard -it can be good for tanagers, euphonias & feeding Manakins.

Just beyond the visible path in this image is an area which held a dead tree used by Chestnut Woodpeckers (drumming every morning) whilst a pair of Golden-Olive Woodpeckers also had a nesthole near here.
