All right, everyone thinks it's odd that I went to Alaska in February from sunny warm Phoenix, but there is a method to my madness. Not that many tourists, great vistas, clean air, spectacular scenary, a lot of wildlife and best of all, I get to wear winter clothing! This was one of my most interesting and fun trips.
