The next major milestone on the Mount Eolus hike was reaching the high saddle between Eolus and North Eolus. To get to the point above, I climbed two lingering snowfields, and some minor class 2/3 scrambling. This was my first view into the Ruby Canyon. Pigeon Peak is the prominent mountain in this photo.
