The Henge Shop, Avebury

The sign to the right and above the door is meant to represent the henge or prehistoric architectural structure of
Avebury. Needless to say, this shop sold souvenirs of Avebury.

Well constructed image Jay. Cobble stones, different textured brick and slate tile. I wonder about the letter box right at the bottom of the door, the mailman must be on his knees to pop the mail in the box. Lots of wonderful interest and layers, well done...

Nice shot Jay - but what's that I notice . . shadows . . so you did get some sun after all!!! BV

So very 'English'. This shop represents the way they were many years ago - proper country shops, and the red 'phone box' completes the village scene nicely.
Well spotted and shot, Jay. +V
