Not The Typical January View

I've lived here all my life and I have never experienced a winter like this one. To date this season we have received only 18.9 inches (~48cm) of snow and the forecast for the coming week really has no measurable snow in it.
At least the Sun came out for a few minutes today...

You need snow! I'm betting you get some in February. :)

At least it must convenient for getting around.
But as the Chinese say, be careful what you wish for ...

We are experiencing the same thing Patti. It occurs to me that you should gather these photos from your driveway into a single gallery in chronological order. It would make an interesting view.

It seems world wide this weird weather. We have had one cold week and the rest of winter if you can call it that has been above freezing with is unheard of. I won't complain. :-))

Yep, same here, Madison is down over a foot for the season! Well, I don't mind a Winter off!

Been very dry in the Bay Area as well. Very weird weather.

It's the same here too Patti. We were at -47C two weeks ago and then exactly a week later we were at +3C. We have snow, but didn't get it until a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what's going on but at least we get some decent weather to shoot in!

I think we're all a bit unsettled by the odd winter. At least here, we have now had quite a bit of snow, but we've also had lots of freezing rain and temperatures that veer all over the place from -25 to +5 all within a few days. Very WEIRD weather.

I am hoping we get more winter in February but I don't think it is in the Nina cards for this year. The Gulf will heat up too soon.

We have also had a much milder winter with a smaller snowfall as well. It still isn't over yet!!

We are having the same thing except we have only had about three inches of snow.
Really makes me wonder what the spring and summer have in store for us..
