Close up of the Paradise Area fron the Pinacle Peak Trail. I did have another photo which included the hotel, but in this one the visitor center which looks like a grounded space needle or space ship is much clearer, as are the crevasses(sp?) in the Nisqually Glacier. Here the end of glacier is covered in rock and gravel as are most of the glaciers I have seen the Washington, with the exception of one on Mount Baker with emerald blue/green cervasses.

To me this is more like being there even though it is probably more magnification than what one would see with their naked eye.
