Geese, Lesser Snow and Ross's--Corinne 2007

These are good images to differentuate between a Lesser Snow Goose and a Ross's Goose. The Ross's Goose(lower) body is smaller, neck is shorter ahd the bill shape is smaller, more angular than the bulkier, longer bill of the Lesser Snow Goose (above) The last image is of a Lesser Snow Goose (blue phase) and a Lesser Snow Goose(typical).
These images are not photo shopped except for cropping and light sharpening.
