Fish Ball

Deep fried fish ball with clam dip 炸鯪魚肉米通 at Chee Kee 池記.
It is made from the sweet tasting meat of the local fish, Cirrhinus molitorella (土鯪魚), which, unfortunately, has an unappetizing English name of mud carp.
