Nicely composed image, Paul. Nice sharp detail on the Chickadee's plumage. And, nice soft colors on the bird. I also like that the bird's eye is a focal point because it engages bird and viewer with one another. The medium tone of the background color also nicely helps the Chickadee stand out against that background.
