The second shot is with two flashes:
- SB-800 is now removed from the camera and moved to left from the cat, with the soft-box on
- the D200 built-in flash is used with low power (-0,7EV)
- the pre-flash still makes the cat to close the eyes

Yes ... the nose has burned out beyond salvaging.
