I'm still trying to get the ID for this cactus we have planted in a side yard. I think this is the first year it has bloomed,
or at least me remembering having seen it bloom. It normally looks like a jumble of shriveled skin and spines throughout
the year, but it certainly puts out a gorgeous bloom that changes it from an ugly duckling to a gorgeous swan (of sorts).
