Upper Antelope Slot Canyon

Navajo Nation, Navajo County, Arizona view map

Our guide ushered the throngs of other visitors out of the
scene so we could capture this relatively pristine setting.
I purposely knocked down the saturation a lot to try something
different on what is an otherwise heavily photographed location.
This is a merge of three exposures for HDR.

This is a different view. I thought at first, it was b & w. When we were here a few years a go, I had to leave because the guides were throwing sand into the air. To much dust!!!!

It is particularly evocative with desaturation and the thumbnail really caught my eye!

I like it a lot Sam! I was thinking of doing a mono or altered color one as well and this convinces me it is a super idea. ~BV~
