Provincetown, Massachussets utilizes the Town Meeting form of govenment, fairly common in small towns in New England but almost unheard of elsewhere in the United States. In this form of government, citizens of the town gather once a year to act as a legislative body. This is the Town Meeting Hall in the Town Hall of Provincetown.
