I met this trio - Pepo, Francisco, and Alejandro - as they were coming out of the bar, and we
struck up a conversation. They make their living playing music for tips. I asked, "So, what
types of music do you play?" "Everything", Pepo replied. So I asked them to play some Jethro
Tull. Apparently, they don't play *everything*. We finally established that their expertise lay
with Norteña-style music.
