Queen's Synchronized Swimming 01-17-10

KINGSTON, Ont. (January 21, 2010) – The Queen’s Yellow team captured top prize in the Team Free Routine at the Eastern Canadian Championships synchro swimming event held in the Athletics & Recreation Centre (ARC) pool this past weekend.
The Gaels Yellow team topped the field with a score of 74.5, scoring top marks in both the artistic and technical categories. In the same event, the Queen’s Blue team finished seventh while the Queen’s Red team finished 11th.

In the Novice Team Routine, Queen’s E finished in second place just behind the Western Purple team while the Queen’s N team finished in seventh.

The other event that the Gaels competed in was the Novice Duet where Kristine Crosby and Laurel Lee finished in third place and Kathleen Beveridge and Meredith Boccanfuso finished fourth.
