Chez Nous 05754 copy.jpg

Kingston, Ontario, Canada, a UNESCO World Heritage Destination

This is Chef Ricardo's take on chilli. It uses ingredients that I previously had not put into chilli, things like ginger, molasses, mustard, mustard seed amd redwine vinegar. Food styling by my artist friend Karen Peperkorn. Once I had my shot we polished a lot of it off. The beer in the background is Sleeman's Cream Ale.
