Tradition is that you fill up the well in the Yorkshire pudding with thick brown gravey, then it goes nice and soggy! Oh happy days.

Chef Jeff did a wonderful job in preparing this really good looking and certainly tasting combination, all goes well together here. I like the cabbage and i guess the meat is falling apart in your mouth and the red wine jus just gives some acidity for your palate to round it up completely

I just checked and it's a 2,734 mile = 4,402 km drive to Kingston from here. A bit out of my striking distance, otherwise I'd be right over. Nice shot of this delicious looking lunch. I like everything on the plate.
