A Scene from Lafayette Cemetery - New Orleans

Lafayette Cemetery in New Orleans is considered one of the most interesting Cemetaries in the country.

Many also think it is one of the most haunted.

Sadly the Cemetery is in decline due to theft, vandalism and neglect and old age. Still it has a rich history and fine character.

If hdr was used to create a sinister effect I think you did well.

Notice the whiteish "image" at the far right of the picture, on the wall ... looks like a woman in repose, in a chair of some sort. A white image against the gray of the wall. Also, notice the right side of the iron tumb. There looks to be a faint image of a face on the right side. Also two dark images of something on the same panel.. So many interesting details of this picture. Love the clouds. Love the feel of this picture.

You chose a wonderful sky for this photograph; makes the area really look haunted. I love the beautiful old iron tombs. Such wonderful history.
