Photos must be taken during the specified challenge period.
Photos must be taken with an Olympus Digital Camera, including DSLR's ...confirmed by EXIF that must be included "in" the photo. EXIF info CANNOT be on a separate page. Do not use 'Save for Web' as that strips the EXIF. If your editing program strips the EXIF, include a small copy of your ORIGINAL photo with EXIF.

Entries must be no larger than 800 pixels on the longest side and no larger than 200kb. They will be returned if not resized to these dimensions. If you do not know how to resize, ask on the forum please.
No text on the photo that could identify the photographer.
Images must not have been posted previously on any forums, nor in the duration of the challenge, please wait till after the challenge is finished before submitting your entry for a POTD.
Entrants are allowed ONE or TWO entries for the Challenge, Host/Hostess will specify, and two photos for the Exhibition gallery.
Entries must be sent to the host/hostess who will indicate where they must be sent and how they are to be labeled.
NOTE: Please be sure to include your forum name with entries and exhibition photos so proper recognition can be listed by forum name.
IMPORTANT; If your submission has been returned for errors of size or lack of EXIF, you have ONE opportunity to replace it.
GUIDELINES: The Host May Choose The Challenge Format
Standard Photography Challenge Format:
Allowed:
Resizing and/or cropping
Correction of barrel and pincushion distortions
Linear corrections like Flipping, Rotation, Skew, etc.
Levels, contrast, brightness, curves, gamma, color corrections, etc.
Dodging and Burning
B&W and Sepia conversions
Sharpening filters, USM, Noise reduction
Processing should be limited to the content that was originally captured in your shot. Adding or removing of major elements through post processing is not allowed (except for cropping)
Titles are up to the Host/Hostess and shall be indicated in their rules
Custom Challenge Format Created By Host:
If the host would rather create a challenge that fits their personal tastes and preferences, with their own guidelines or ideas (except for file size of course), they are welcome to do so. The host has the option to waive any or ‘all’ of the above allowable guidelines and may create their own personal challenge format. The sky is the limit. Please be prepared to fully explain your challenge idea so that it is understandable to all.
