Besides boating on Kodaikanal Lake , horse riding or bicycling are leisure facilities offered by local people for rent.

A pleasant memory of this shot:
after crossing the lake by boat, it became rather late, I ran into these horse men standing in group with their animal waiting for next custumor in the shade.
And I wanted a shot in the sun.
It just crossed my mind and for the fun I simply pointed with my finger this man out, turned my hand and called him out with that same finger. He didn't dare to refuse anymore encouraged by his enthousiastic friends for this funny situation. So he came, I took the shot and he ran off to next customer.
I still enjoy, Tamils are always in for a joke.
