Thanx for looking! This was taken the morning after a hard frost, which triggered the extra bright color and leaf drop. Not in my yard, but I pass it regularly on my usual morning walk.

What great red leaves! I see a lot of golden Maple leaves and a few red maples but I've never seen a blanket of red leaves on the ground like in this shot. I hope this tree is in your back yard, it would be great to look at during the fall.
