You were outside when this was going on? OK, you are brave. This is such a dramatic image! The bolt at right is the sharper one but the two at center draw most of the attention IMO. I agree that cropping would allow for interesting possibilities - two shots in one, so to speak. Love those silhouetted trees at right! Brenda

Agree w Mark as to cropping... I think the two lightning strikes compete for attention. I might have done a tight crop on the rh strike, including the nere trees. and a vertical crop for the more central cluster, just left of the trees, making two better images out of one good one?

Jack, I moved this into the exhibition gallery as the exif indicated that it was taken outside the window for the competition.

Really great catch, very dramatic. Sadly though it was taken outside the competition window so needs to go in the exhibition.

There had to be one ! Cool stuff. I'm not sure about the comp though, maybe a crop would make it better. Nicely caught ! Marc
