I keep expecting the plants to move like a Brothers Quay animation... Great shot Jan,

Somewhat macabre - the doll's vacant eyes look like windows into Purgatory or something. The tendrils of vine will eventually take over. B&W suits this very well.

Plants (almost) growing up through a doll. Pretty creepy find. Also the way the baby with its empty eye sockets stares at you like it needs a feeding or something. Ehh.

Oh my! playing right into my phobia...Dolls with no eyes creep me out. I feel the hairs on the nape of my neck standing as I type this comment. Particularly this image. Spoooky....Eeerie.....But this is a great photo. Well done.

Gooogh! It has the feeling of being buried and lying in wait. On a curious side I wonder if the head stuffing were used for a mouses burrow. Good Stuff! brent

Great find and well shot. I too feel there is something slightly spooky about this, I remember my daughter being freaked out by an old horror film where there was a possessed doll and whatever ever you did to it, it would come back again…
This one looks like its lying in wait....

I'm with Stefan, this is a really great shot and great for the theme! It has a scary feel to it, I think it is the hollow head that sends shivers.

This is terrific, Jan! A game of hide-and-seek gone horribly wrong :-)
