This shot turns an old ratty pier into a scene of pure contemplation. Right up my alley, er jetty.

I think this is gorgeous! It definitely leads the viewer into the shot and out onto the end of the jetty. Very three-dimensional - the DOF is terrific. Brenda

Symmetrical shots are not generally my favorites, but I like this one quite a bit for the colors and composition. Unlike the other commentor, I am somewhat gratified that the sun reflection is off center. :o) Nice control of dynamic range on this one under some tricky conditions.

Really nice colour and tones in this one, the water being so still tells you its morning and not sunset. Shame the sun is not lined up with the jetty, maybe you can re-soot at the right time of year when the sunrise is directly ahead :-)
