What a powerful image Katherine! It's curious but the rightmost headstone looks smaller than the other two almost as if it were an offspring.

Terrible shot.
When I go to a cemetery, I like to read the tombstones and I try to guess what histories are hidden behind the words. In this case there's no doubt: Thomas, son of Silas? and Susan died Sept 1933. A year and half after, his brother Robert aged 2 is dead too. I suspect that Sarah was a sister of the precedents. What a tragedy in this family...
The treatment of the image reinforces very well the dramatic of the subject. Well done, Katherine. endika
