Oh yes, very fine - almost looks like a vanishing point shot!

Very nice reflections there Bruce. The warm sunlight and the nice blues make it for me. Well done.

I agree with Charlie and Brent about dynamic and rich coloured nature in both photos. I can't decide which of them I prefer, each one has its own beauty. They brings me in mind the Emporda Marsh, near Girona, where it is so silent (or almost) when is flooded. endika

Thanks Brent. You mean the odd willows? I think they are just very old, having survived years of floods, falling over, and sprouting up again. Or do you mean the stile on the fence? The guy who owns this is a great tree planter. It's so he can check them out. This was taken after the water had gone down a bit. It floods most years, but bad this year.

Readily echo Charlie's comments regarding the dynamic nature of this shot with just wonderful color. I really like how the fence pulls you right into the scene. Are the trees on the fence an English thing ;-) Must have been some flood...

Thanks Charlie. It was just great to be out in sunshine playing with the camera after days of rain.

I really like the dynamic nature of the composition, great color and wonderful light Bruce. Way more than just a picture of a pond! Great energy...........
