When I saw this man downtown Boise last Spring I assumed he was a homeless person "napping" from a hangover. Then my husband noticed his jacket and the direction of his toes, which looks as if he was drug here by his jacket to sleep it off. I then wondered why we didn't call someone to report him. Was he alive? Was he ill? Did he need help? But instead, I took a picture and we walked on by, and forgot about him.
The headless man (security I guess) walking to us and the half flower bring all these elements right into the narrative. A very full and complte image Jenny

Collin. you are saying exactly what my husband said. To me, you did a good thing, but then the people that should have been of help were none.
I would be afraid to approach someone like this not knowing what the situation would be. But I wish I'd at least called someone to check on him. Put it in their hands.
This is such a familiar scene all over the world. We dont stop and enquire as we then get involved with the whole procedure. A stranger got shot on the highway I bundled him into my car (blood and all) and took him to a hospital who would not admit him until I paid the admittance. When I went to the police station to no one would take my statement. I was so angry I reversed into the gate and knocked the wall down and then was arrested for damage to public property. Now I call the Cops/Security/Paramedics and leave it to them.
