Flick, everyone's said everything I could possibly say about this shot. I love the color of b&w you used and like everyone else the birds are just awesome and the irony of the people being caged and them flying free is just beautiful to me. This one for should go into your stock photos!

The birds make it...

Hey Flick - a finely balanced capture here (great crop), including the tones. The two birds add, for me anyway, the dynamic element that 'makes' this image work. beautiful. thanx, adrian

Effective and unusual view of a familiar object. I like it. Alistair

I echo Brent and add how the relationship is furthered by the representation of our numerous and onging attepts at flight. I've mentioned in others just how interconnected all these "structures" are. My simple choice for this challenge has reinforced this to me nicely.

Hi Brent, thank you, and thanks for picking up on the restriction/freedom thing.
As for anything to see, the whole of London spread out beneath you i would think. I don't know, I've never been on it, and it was the first time I'd even seen it.

Very sharp and nicely composed. Really like the color tone. I like the freedom of the birds in the air vs the containment of the people. Bet it would be a fun ride if there is anything to see? Glad you found time to enter, Flick. - brent
