"Faded Love" by Patsy Cline - brent

FADED LOVE

As I look at the letters that you wrote to me,
It's you that I am thinking of.
As I read the lines, that to me were so dear,
I remember our faded love.

I miss you darling, more and more every day,
As Heaven would miss the stars above.
With every heartbeat, I still think of you,
And remember our faded love.

As I think of the past and all the pleasures we had,
As I watched the mating of the dove.
It was in the spring time that you said goodbye,
I remember our faded love.

I miss you darling, more and more every day,
As Heaven would miss the stars above.
With every heartbeat, I still think of you,
And remember our faded love.

And remember our faded love.

Well I like it the way it is! Too pin sharp, and you lose the atmosphere. I'm all for a bit of softness where required.

Flick - My life seems to be full of excuses - an inaccurate observation of the world. I think your observation is more correct, there are plenty of other sharp edges while the closer, taller objects seem a bit soft. Thanks, that helped. - brent

Nice excuse Brent, and the dog ate your homework ;-)
If it was camera shake, i would have expected the lettering to be blurred as well.
It's still a lovely image whatever, and it was only a suggestion on my part.
Flick.

Thanks! Regarding the focus - I think it is camera shake - I almost always use a tripod and look what happens when I do not :-)

Very nice, but did you try with more depth of field? i think it's one of those images where getting the whole image sharp might have worked - but then again maybe not. I would just liked to have seen the detail on the rose petals.
Flick.

Thank you Brent! This is wonderful! I am sure the song had to be in your mind before the beautiful photo was taken. I can't imagine another reason for this photo except the words to that song. Nice work!
P.S. If I am wrong, somebody shoot me! LOL
