These were formed by a snow making machine a few years back when it was time for the Winter Carnival and there wasn't enough snow for the sculpters. So they were trying very hard but is was not cold enough outside and it made these magical formations that were about 4 feet tall or so. Thanks Brad!

why you got my vote:.....I first thought of the Artic,,glaciers,,, and had no idea, what were the actual size of the ice sculptures,,
