nor'easter season - brenda
by

This is my home, taken during a pretty intense storm a few hours before I uploaded the shot. I might wait for sunshine and then replace it with a better version.

You live in a dangerous place Brenda. I'm glad it missed your house!

E-3 is fine, Brent. I didn't use it for this shot as I had the lens I wanted on the now-repaired E-510 so that's what I grabbed. Yes, we get a lot of storms here, especially in autumn. Most arrive with high winds since we're vulnerable to various offshore currents and coastal systems. Not so much by way of snow, though. This is the mildest part of Atlantic Canada.

No damage to the house. The tree was too far away to reach at that angle. But there are many others a lot closer - and bigger, too.

Keeps life interesting.

What happened to the E-3 (sorry haven't been paying attention). good grief you are right in the eyes of the storms this year, aren't you? The trees still do not seem settled.

You've had a wet year haven't you? It makes the ground so soft then a bad wind comes up and down they go. I'm sorry you lost your tree. You'll miss it I'm sure. I hope the winds have calmed down now too. Stay safe!
