Brent, I never breathe while shooting. Really not good for me, but a habit I just can't seem to quit. I go into tripod mode. ;o)

Miro, plain and simple.... Photoshop!!! lol Well it smooths out the wrinklies a bit and yes I cleaned up for the holiday Hahahaha!! The best part is the chin is cleverly hidden! Thanks for the nice comments fellas.

The light from the desk is just enough. And you manage to get the "object" to stand out in a very effectful way. A great idea for a selfportrait.
