Dennis, a remote jungle location is the right description. I flew in an small aeroplane from Ciudad to Canaima. From there I traveled in a couple of hours by boat to the Angel Falls. There was a place where people could spend the night. Very basic, just a roof on posts, with hammocks.

Terrific capture of these amazing falls. How did you travel there? How accessible is the falls? I thought it was in a remote jungle location.
