Bnei-Brak

Bnei-Brak is a very small town, residing next to Ramat-Gan and Tel-Aviv. What's so special about it ? Two things - 1. almost all the population of it is very religious, and 2. the population is one of the poorest in Israel. As all large religious communities, the one in Bnei-Brak lives in its small world - visiting Bnei-Brak is almost like going abroad, different place, different people, different world.

One more thing before you grab your camera and run to Bnei-Brak - please keep in mind that the people there do not like being photographed (I guess that most religious people don't), so please be sensitive to the situations and know when to click and when to retreat.
