Neotropic Cormorant -

Here is a shot showing the almost macabe facial pattern of a Neotropic Cormorant coming into breeding plumage. Note the long, wedge shaped tail and then the olivacious coloration for which this species was once named. The back feathers are a more elongated lance shape than those on DC.
