Mallard - leucistic - speculum

On this pale Mallard found in a large flock of ducks with normal coloration, you can see the washed out color of the speculum that appeared to be pale blue when viewed in the sun light. The bill and legs appear dark, caused by the bird mucking around in the mud. Of course some light Mallard types could be the result of crossings with domestic ducks but I don't believe that is the case with this bird.
