The 2009 AACA Eastern Division Fall Meet was held Oct. 7 through Oct. 10 in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and was hosted as usual by the AACA's Hershey region. I attended on the second day, Oct. 8, which I spent examining and photographing hundreds of vintage cars that were for sale at the meet's car corral. As the cars on display were overwhelming in number, I decided to focus my attention only on those that particularly caught my eye and attracted my interest. Still, I ended up with far too many cars and pictures for one gallery. So I have divided them among three galleries -- one each for pre-1960 American automobiles, post-1960 American cars and all imports (this one). The dollar figures in the captions were the asking prices, most of which were negotiable. I shot the photos in this gallery with my handheld Nikon D300 and Nikkor 18-200mm VR zoom. All are as-is, straight from the camera, with no post-processing applied -- except for the few marked ST, CR or BR in their captions. The abbreviations refer to straightening, cropping and brightness adjustments. All the pictures have been resized for online viewing.
