13th May 2005 wrecktastic

Every time I see this wreck,
the tide is in.
One day, I'll get closer.
I had the spooky feeling I was being watched...

I love these pics of this boat - the one with your kids on it is terrific too but this one stands out for the amazing colours. The turquoise water and distant hills.....

hmmmm that boat looks familiar :)

This really looks like out of the movies, as if the ship is ready to sink. Nice work.
Guest 15-May-2005 22:26
That's not natural! You must have spent ages in photoshop editing the clouds out. ;)

You know Zak's got the copyright on pics of the wreck? Just like you cannae take pics of the Eiffel tower at night now...

I LOVE the combo of yours and Zak's take on this . . wish I had one like it to shoot . . why not just wade out there and shoot it in the water??
Guest 14-May-2005 14:16
Cool! I prefer your color shot to zak's b&w shot, but don't tell him that. ;-) hehe

You really ought to start a gallery like Fran's here <http://www.pbase.com/jenga/deja_vu
I'm sure you must have a picture of Weymss Bay station and that Victorian canopy at Rothesay Harbour somewhere too:-)

I thought this was Zak's wreck.
Oh, I see, you were honing in on his territory.
