For the second time in a week I found a snake that was about to make a meal of one of the frogs that inhabit our local park. This time, though, the frog managed to escape. The snake, possibly bothered by the presence of my dog and me released its grip on the frog's leg and the frog was able to hop off to safer grounds....at least for the time being.
