The hanging round shape (covered with fabric) is a birdcage, where the shopkeepers in peshawar usually keep black teetar (black francolin) for their repeated loud calls. Passing through any of its bazaar these teetar's calls adds to the ambiance of Pashawar, and it has become part of a culture of peshawar.
