Asalamu Alikum tolo worono ta,
this is Wasel from Kabul, I have mostly passed through this area in the morning and lunch time, Great efforts Noorkhan bro for reminding these wonderful places, we really miss Peshwar too much, I love Peshawar.
Salaam wrora,
I arrived in Afghanistan in '75 and everything felt so familler. Slowly/quickly Afgh and NWFP became my home and what I was used to, where I started feeling homesick when I wasn't there. My heart yearns for Peshawar. Zama har wakht yadeegee kena!

Noor Khan bro, I really appreciate and am envy of the life that you have spent in Peshawar. You lived a Peshawari life better than most of the Peshawaris. To adopt a culture which is 180 degree apart from the one you have grown up is just amazing.
I think this is dated wrong. Maybe it is 1986. I used to live in 'Dhuma Gali' (I can't remember the actual name right now, but it was called that-in the middle of Qasabkhanna connecting it to Koochie bazaar) then. I used to walk through here alot, and often had chai on the charpoys across the street from the chai khanna. Maybe you are the kid walking by in the snap? haha
