Dave Fournier used to own and sail BELLE 30C from Forked River a ways down the New Jersey shore from New York harbor. She was for sale (summer 2007), asking price US $ 48,000.

Accommodations:
BELLE 30C is a standard Nonsuch 30 Classic layoutt with two berths forward in the salon on each side of drop leaf table (see photos).
Fwd of the port quarter berth,is the galley. The galley's fwd bulkhead has a slide up panel and there is a hinged door between that bulkhead/panel and the fwd bulkhead of the head compartment that allows privacy in the salon / fwd cabin.
The head is to strbd opposite the galley. There is a sink, mirror, head, shower, and an abundance of lockers and drawers.
There are two (not just one) large quarter berths to port and strbd of the companionway.
The entire interior is neat, clean and very lovely with new cushions, nice varnish finish.
