VIEW FROM OUR DECK - ISO 80

"Standard Color" film setting. Circular polarizer used, mounted on a Panasonic DMW-LA4 lens adapter. No post-processing saturation increase. 35mm equivalent focal length of 57mm.

I don't think it's the polariser to be honest.... look at the bottom of the clouds - VERY sharp cuttoff at the edges - it looks like someone has drawn round the edge. It's especially apparent near the top right near the tree. It looks like a slightly clumsy selection when processing. Nice picture though, and a stunning place to live!

The "look" of the clouds is likely a result of using the polarizer. It does darken the sky and adds contrast to the overall scene, so it may also have given more separation between the dark and light portions of the clouds.
