Hey Jasen - cool shot. These are spitfires, or the larval stage of sawfly larvae :) They usually stay together with their siblings and can be found in very large groups, for protective and defensive purposes - if they are disturbed, they regurgitate oils from their mouth (ie oils from the leaves they've been eating)putting off predators quite effectively :)
