Yumm. I have tried one or two of this sort of thing at the Saturday and Sunday night 'Walking Street' (the huge evening markets on Wua Lai and Ratchadamnern Streets) I'm a mere ordinary Sweet-tooth, so can't report if they are of superior quality or not...
