Lovely expression! The scarf lines lead into the centre and the green coat frames the subject well too.
Two suggestions: (1) I wonder if it would work in B&W and (2) maybe use a tighter crop including just the subject and the badge with the glowing face on the right? (strong contrast in expressions).
