KM Challenge #75 (C69) Theme: Wet and Dry

This challenge is about all things obviously Wet or Dry. I'm thinking about things in the rain or immersed in water, and also things which are very dry such as sand or dust. Particularly interesting are things which were once wet but have since dried out.
Some examples: blades of grass covered in dew droplets, rain on car windows, dried flower heads, cracked mud on river beds, old peeling paint, dried fruits or spices, etc.
Of course the range of wetting fluids is not restricted to water - you may wish to consider others such as oils.
I'd be particularly interested in images where the wetting or drying has changed the optical properties of something.
