Bruce, great perspective. I love the texture in the sky Marc B

Really spectacular shot. And I think the B&W thereatment is very appropriate here to draw the attention on the geometric composition.

Excellent one, Bruce. Makes me think of a 'urban gothic cathedral'. Better start thinking of a subject for next challenge ;-)

Bruce, I think this image was worth waiting for! Great perspective and I really like the dramatic sky. You have two great entries this time, this one is my favourite.

Thanks guys. This one was hard for me. It took me several days of fiddling with the ACT-100 until I realized that the proverbial f/5.6 just wasn't going to give me adequate sharpness at full zoom. Then . . . I had to have a tripod. Then . . . the weather changed . . . and, on and on.

Yes, Gordon, it is surreal. Please check the originals gallery! :)

Wow! Absolutely awesome and surrealistic image, Bruce, and the sky is equally unreal. For some reason though, it brings to mind being at ground level in a Star Wars battle. Much as I hate to say it, it probably wouldn't have the same impact in color (I know Adrian is smiling with this one ;-). - Gordon

Superb image, I really like the simple but bold composition.

Yum Yum. I love archeological shots. Methinks this must be the great Floridian aquaduct ruins of the late American Empire, perhaps late 20th Century. Beautiful.

Wonderfully art deco! Where in the world is this?

Yes - the scale really makes this work. The viewer can't help but feel dwarfed by the structure.

hmmmmm....... darn it - two superb entries Bruce - votings going to be torture - I think this ones my fav - great comp, and the combination of the light and your b&w treatment match the 'scale' of this bridge. thanks heaps.. adrian

Very nice. We have a lot of tall bridge construction going on and I was trying for something like this, but I gave up after seeing this... yous is just too good. - Tom
