Excellent treatment! Really brings the "feeling" to the perspective.

Very nice image, though I suffer badly from high anxiety and gets kind of dizzy while looking at your pic. Very good thinking and great execution. Hats off!

Well done, and cleverly titled. Reminds me of a friend I USED to know---Eileen Dover.
Good capture and enjoyable to view.

Thanks for all the comments.
Maybe it’s my rebellious nature that stopped me from cropping the image to symmetrical. I'll have look how it looks like when I crop the image more.
I already rotated the picture 180 degrees but liked the current effect more. It does give the viewer the idea of floating in air while looking at someone else his/her feet.
But I do appreciate your comments and opinions.
Now how I did it;
I added the original picture to the originals directory.
Like I said, I rotated the image 180 degrees.
Copied the shoes and the edge itself to a separate top layer in PE2.
Increased the saturation on the top layer a bit.
On the bottom layer I applied a radial zoom blur filter (+10). After putting the zoom point of the center of the image ;-)

Oh, you've achieved greatness here. Great effect & so creative!

Great image! It really makes me feel shaky even when sitting in my chair. I would rotate it by 180 degree though. I believe that gives it even more the impression of looking at ones own feet. At least thats my opinion. Try and judge for yourself (probably you did that already, I thought I'd mention it anyway)

Help, I am falling over! That is really good. I agree about both feet being in the picture but I am not sure about symmetry. To me, not being symmetrical gives me the sense of tentativeness thus emphasizing the idea of being on the edge.
Aren't we picky here! :-) Just a thought.
Cheers

Very effective vertiginous image. The only thing I would prefer is for the crop to be more symmetrical with both feet equally visible.

My next question is how did you do it?

Very good! It makes me dizzy and I really fell the edge... and what a great title! Very well done. Congratulation
