This is St. Josephs Catholic Church. It is a cloudy and overcast day, so I decided to shoot some images of stained glass at one of the churches in town. I wasn’t as pleased with the stained glass windows as I was of this image. This was taken around 9:30 AM with some nice diffused window light and florescence. I took only one horizontal shot and it was the one I liked the best. We are in the season of Lent, so this is an appropriate image.
Ever notice how quiet a church can be during a weekday when no one is around. You can hear a pin drop.

A wonderful image, Monte! I always have trouble keeping pillars straight up and down at 24mm. Excelent work and yes, very appropriate for lent. Thanks for visiting my galleries.
